What We Do

Real Estate Intelligence Agency provides professional real estate services for the buyers and sellers of real estate in Alabama. Our primary concentration is the North Alabama Multiple Listing Service area, serving clients in the Madison, Marshall, Morgan, Limestone, and Jackson counties.

We act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers of real estate. At very rudimentary level we attempt to find sellers who wish to sell and buyers who wish to buy real property.

Our real estate services are delivered in the following ways:

We can act as a Single Agent, as the Realtor licensee representing only one party in the sale. The client may be either the seller or the buyer.

We can act as a Limited Consensual Dual Agent as a Realtor licensee for both the buyer and the seller. This may only be done with the written, informed consent of all parties. In this role we must also be loyal and faithful to the client, except where the duties owed conflict with one another, in which case every effort will be made to remain impartial to all parties.

We can act as a Transaction Broker and assist one or more parties, who are customers, in a sale. A transaction broker is not an agent and does not perform the same services as an agent.

We can act as a Sub-Agent, for another agent/licensee who also represents only one party in a sale. A sub-agent helps the agent represent the same client. The client may be either the seller or the buyer. A sub-agent must also be completely loyal and faithful to the client.

In addition, Real Estate Intelligence Agency provides strategic planning, real estate marketing and advertising services to both commercial and residential real estate developers, builders and investors.
