Professional Real Estate Brokerage Services
Real Estate Intelligence Agency, Inc. provides professional real estate brokerage services for the buyers and sellers of real estate property in Huntsville, Alabama and surrounding areas. We act as an intermediary between sellers and buyers of real estate and attempt to find sellers who wish to sell and buyers who wish to buy. These services are delivered in the following ways:
- REIA as the licensee representing only one party in the sale. That is, a Single Agent representing the client. The client may be either the seller or the buyer. By definition as a single agent we must be completely loyal to the client.
- REIA as a Limited Consensual Dual Agent is a licensee for both the buyer and the seller. This may only be done with the written, informed consent of all parties. In this role we must also be loyal and faithful to the client, except where the duties owed conflict with one another, in which case every effort will be made to remain impartial to all parties.
- REIA as a Transaction Broker assists one or more parties, who are customers, in a sale. A transaction broker is not an agent and does not perform the same services as an agent.
In addition, we provide planning, marketing, and advertising services to help our clients clarify goals and objectives, to derive tactical decisions, and to engage with the market place. These services will be customized and agreed upon with each client.
